Lefki Angelo

As a part of my child-studies course in year 11 (2021), I undertook 2 weeks of work experience at Saint Ignatius Early Years (Norwood, SA). During my work experience, I discovered my passion for teaching and educating young children. The following year I contacted the centre and arranged myself to do some further work experience during the Christmas Holidays. Having this opportunity to work with young children, collaborate with the educators, and see what the job entails, made me 100% certain that this is the career I wanted to pursue.

I am skilled in working both independently as well as working collaboratively in team settings.

I am a dependable, and hard-working person, who is always eager to learn and expand my knowledge. I have a kind, caring, and patient demeanour, I develop relationships quickly and work with others effectively.

Organisation and time management are also skills that I possess. I know how to use my own initiative, and don't have to be told what to do all the time. When jobs need to be done, I get them done.
