•Cleaning – Ensure workstation is cleaned and sanitized at all time. Tea barrels are cleaned regularly during the shift to meet standards

•Cooking tea – Using method taught from training to cook tea and transfer tea to the workstation using manual handling

•Cashing handing - Responsible in making sure correct amount of cash is received and change is given out

•Customer service – Positive attitude towards customer and ensure customers’ needs are satisfied

•Cleaning – Ensure workstation is cleaned and sanitised at all time and is aligned with the store standard

•Sorting goods – Ensure the proper rotation of products using the FIFO method

•Cashing handing – Responsible in making sure correct amount of cash is received and change is given out

•Customer service – Positive attitude towards customer and ensure customers’ needs are satisfied
