After the transition from 11i to R12, I was responsible for reviewing the entire hold management program for all purchasing facing holds, developing, and documenting all the processes, and then providing staff training across both service centres

Training and Education: Provide staff training in Oracle, HealthRoster, and Supply Chain Operations processes and procedures
