  • Designed and implemented a specific, targeted intervention program that explicitly addressed over 50 students and their literacy needs throughout Terms 3 and 4. This was achieved through small group work and one-on-one sessions.
  • Conducted pre and post assessments to measure student achievement (Castles & Cotheart, DiSTn, PAST, PLD placement test)
  • Cultivated connections and strong student relationships to foster engagement, underpinned by Trauma Informed strategies.
