I have worked for Rabobank in a number of roles, across Operations (Retail Deposits, Client Static Data, Operations/Payments, Data Management) from 2005 until 2018. When the Client Onboarding Team was created in 2018 I moved across as a Senior Client Onboarding Analyst. I have gained valuable experience and knowledge on the products offered to clients, procedures, policies, understanding risks, regulatory requirements, systems, documentation and forms. This knowledge has proven invaluable in training and mentoring many new staff members, across the teams I have been a part of over the years. I have also been categorised as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) across a number of areas, from EOFY FMD onboarding, processing and training (internal and branch staff), and an Onboarding SME involved in the early development of DCOB Pega. I am currently a key member of the COB Team mentoring and training new starters, providing ongoing support to the Team and ad hoc support to my Manager as required.
