Accomplishments

As a student, I was selected to represent Britain in the European Wine Competition in 2023 in Austria. I loved competing and making many friends and memories.


As an Enologist, I was able to produce Plumpton Estate's NV Brut Classic, which earned a coveted gold medal at the Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championship

Hobbies and Interests

  • Sailing

I worked with a friend to restore a 31’ sailboat built in Germany in 1936.  It is absolutely beautiful and sails brilliantly. I sail whenever I can

  • Wine Tourism/tasting I love traveling to taste wines from different regions to better understand different winestyles. I recently France, Austria, Japan and am currently finishing Harvest in Australia I have also frequently visited the Okanagan, Washington and Napa.
  • History + Culture As a traveling winemaker, I love experiencing different cultures. I particularly enjoy food, wine, art, architecture, and history.
