• Initially was employed as the Group Operations Manager and later was promoted to General Manager of the Group in 2014.
• Took over the role when the company had two Supermarket Sites and one Liquor outlet a support office and 160 employees.
• Grew the Group to 5 Supermarket sites, one Liquor outlet and a new Support office and warehouse facility.
• To add diversity to our Company portfolio we also acquired two Commercial office building sites and four Residential sites. This was done to add another form of Income stream to the business until such time they could be redeveloped into Supermarket sites.

• Assisted the owners in taking a small family business into a medium/large multi-site Supermarket Business with turn over of $100million+ in annual sales and an employee payroll in excess of 550 employees.
• Managed lease negotiations with landlords and all new Utility Contract negotiations with our providers/suppliers.
