Sustainable Diversion Limit Adjustment Mechanism (SDLAM) Engineering Services (Client: NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water)

• Led the survey team in the state-wide water and environmental assessment program by delivering spatial data and survey outputs used for hydrological analysis and environmental evaluation across multiple river sites.

Asset Renewal and Replacement Program (Client: WaterNSW)

• Led the survey team in providing accurate spatial information to support design, condition assessment, and prioritisation of upgrade works for critical water infrastructures.

Bargo and Warragamba Environment Monitoring (Client: Wollondilly Shire Council)

• Supported council-led environmental monitoring by providing repeatable site datasets used to track change over time and inform operational planning and reporting.

• Managed end-to-end capture-to-delivery workflows for spatial surveys, ensuring outputs were complete, accurate, and issued on time.
• Supported digital twin initiatives by performing laser scanning capture and registration outputs for asset environments.
