Project Managed high end foyer upgrade over 5 levels at same time. All floors were tenanted and works were predominately out of hours whilst maintaining access to business tenancies.

• Neami National - Richmond. Head to Health Value $700K

Site managed multiple trades to refurbish whole interior of building.

• 9 Castlereagh st Sydney.
• End of Trip Facility refurbishment. Value $1.25M

Site managed new elevator install between basement and Lower basement levels, including complete bathroom renovations.
