In my previous role, I specialized in telesales, software training, and customer support for a varied number of industries, including veterinary, pharmacy, aged care, and cannabis warehousing.

I conducted online demonstrations of Modeus' software, which is primarily for online-controlled drug registers. Once I processed the sale, I conducted post-sales training for their teams and was available for any follow-up training or questions from their staff.

I contacted the customer base and discussed how their experiences were using the company's products. I managed customer expectations and dealt with any issues or complaints raised by the customer. I also liaised with customer support and Modeus' developers regarding feature requests from customers, and potential issues they may be having.

I received inbound sales leads, and I would use my new business skills to find new customers.

I am very target-driven, and I enjoy the excitement of overachieving.
