Business.gov.au is a website for the Australian business community. The idea of this website is to provide information and resources from all levels of government into one website to provide easy accessibility of information for Australian business entrants.

According to their analytics their growing the business checklist had a significant room for improvement.


I applied the Star innovation model which covers 5 sections of strategy, structure, process, rewards and human resources. And with the aid of these section, motive is to bring in more convenient and time saving for the checklist.

For this Innovation to happen I have suggested within the organization I have suggested the ADKAR which covers the awareness, desire, knowledge, ability and reinforcement sections which needs to be kept focus on.
