Fire & Rescue duties in all aspects when called.

• Currently a Life Member of the Kwinana Volunteer Fire & Rescue, Officer and was responsible for preparing and conducting weekly fire training sessions for up to 20 Brigade Volunteer Members, covering all aspects of safety and operational equipment instruction
• Training is provided for topics including Hazmat (fire protection suit) and Breathing Apparatus, fires in high rise buildings, advancement of fires, structure construction, weaknesses during fires and retreating from fires
• Involved with running fire operations including organising other Fire Personnel, vehicles, and equipment, rescuing victims, and controlling and extinguishing fires
• Attended operations involving up to 15-20 fire vehicles, confined space and working aloft (above ground) incidents
• Attended and controlled scene of a major traffic accident in which 5 people were fatally injured whilst working as Captain in 2006.
