Leslye Pudney

I am an enthusiastic and reliable mum of three wonderful children aged 12, 11 and 5 years old who are my world.

I have been working in the Early Childhood Education for the past 7 years, now working as a Casual Childcare Worker and studying Certificate 3 in School Based Education Support through TAFE Wollongong. am also a very creative person who generates new ideas in a very natural way in order to connect with children and generate a safe and enjoyable environment. I have demonstrated excellent teamwork skills, the ability to lead as well as to follow directions, role model appropriate behaviours and create a welcoming environment for children and families. I have excellent knowledge of the National Quality Standards, Children’s Services Regulations and the ECA code of Ethics. I am confident in my ability to work with children aged 6 weeks – 5 years. I understand and abide by Work Health and Safety Regulations. I am a very caring person with attention to detail.
