Responsability includes: hearing customer’s needs and effective problem-solving aptitude; welcome new guests and explain clearly hotel features to them; take reservations and at the end give the best leave to guests before they returned to home.

Responsability include: I organized classes of Yoga, Pilates or Aqua gym for guest from all ages; targeted strategies to attract more people to increase the membership number.

All in all, I’d loved to served as a positive role model for both employees and members by consistently demonstrating dedication to personal health and wellness practices.

Responsability include: take care of my guest’s kids, made them have fun, swim in the swimming pool or I had organized a plan with artistic activities for kids.

Me and my teams every night organized a show for them so they could enjoy also night times.

Responsabilies include: apply my competency and knowledge about fashion and fabrics industry. I used the Penelope app on the computer to design a piece of fabric, I also use Exell to check my tutur’s collection and I attended the sales of cloth to customers
