Hard working and passionate chef was currently working at Little Rickshaw as sous chef for the past 18 months. My love for cooking started when I was 17 as a baker's apprentice. Following my passion, I was lucky enough to get an apprenticeship at Coriole Vineyards under Tom Tilbury. I soon moved to the city when Fino Vino opened to continue to grow and expand my skills and knowledge. I later moved back to Aldinga to pursue a position at The Little Rickshaw.
