Working for the Public Transport Authority of Perth Western Australia as a Customer Service Officer providing up to date information and advice to the public regarding all things related to the Transperth suite of services. This includes but is not limited to information regarding public transport services (ferry, train & bus), Smart Rider & general information including service and journey planning, Cash handling including transactions and rectifications.
