As the Injury Management Specialist, undertaking comprehensive reviews/assessments of claim cases, including requests for treatment, to deliver high-level advice/insights to 4 case management teams.

• Thoroughly reviewing each claim, to understand and inform on liability and other potential risks/issues while also giving guidance on most appropriate treatment/intervention strategies (incl. for stalled cases).
• Providing technical expertise to case managers on recovery and return to work delays and/or challenges, providing them with needs-attuned solutions to remove/overcome such barriers (e.g. third-party conflicts).
