Coordinated the move of Accurium’s ‘Retirement Healthcheck’ calculator on to the BGL software, so BGL clients had access to this service.
  • Supported the Accurium technical services team in providing educational content to Accurium members. This included drafting, researching and proofing technical articles, providing support to Accurium staff during webinars, developing answers to client Q&A questions, updating website content such as FAQ’s and help documents.
  • Upsold additional Accurium products to clients during the process of day-to-day communications.
  • Interpreted Accurium ‘Retirement Healthcheck’ results of clients. Explained to them the significance of their results and provided ongoing support surrounding this service. Established a rapport with healthcheck clients so that honest feedback could be obtained in order to improve the product

Additional Information
