BlueScope Steel:

• Complete shutdowns and regular maintenance in various departments, including Sinter Plant, Raw Materials, Coke Handling, Metal Coating Line, Paint Line, Plate Mill, Waste Gas, BOS and Blast Furnace.
• Complete work in Hazardous Areas – Blast Furnace Gas, Coke Ovens Gas, Precipitators, and Hot Strip Mills.

South 32 Coal Washery:

• Complete regular shutdowns and breakdowns. This includes working on pumps, flotations cells, drum filters, cyclones, vibrating screens and agitators

Simec Coal Washery Tahmoor:

• Provide routine maintenance through out plant on shutdowns. Including crusher rebuilds, pump replacements, conveyor inspections and pulley changes.

Port Kembla Coal Terminal:

• Completed 6 month project to rebuild ship loader. This project included the strip down and rebuild of components in methodical order, Installation of new conveyor head and tail pulleys, new scraper systems, removed and reinstalled couplings and gearboxes as well as replacing head shoots.

Holcim Quarry Marulan

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on plant. This includes working on crushers, conveyor systems, belt cleaners, ploughs, trackers, screens and structural repairs.

Hanson Quarry Bass Point

• Worked as part of a team on the construction project.
• Installation of conveyors, belt cleaners, ploughs, crushers, screens and structural steel.

Origin Energy Hyrdo power station Kangaroo Valley

• Completed 6 month project servicing the turbine, pump, generator and also involved with replacing pipework.
• Routinely continue to provide preventative maintenance.

Bayswater Power Station

• Safely replaced large duct work which included working in confined spaces along with dust and welding gasses.

• Scraped, washed and efficiently restacked dishware, utensils, and glassware to keep kitchen ready for customer demands.
• Accepted opportunities to learn new skills, improve performance and cross-train for other positions.
• Tasked with removal of garbage and refuse, mopping and sweeping floors and washing walls.
• Followed company safety and security policies and procedures when reporting maintenance needs and unsafe work conditions.
• Boosted team efficiency by keeping kitchen areas organized, clean, and properly sanitized
• Provided attentive service and proactively assessed guest needs
