Motivated by past athletic abilities, I offer a unique personal training experience based on athletic backgrounds and training in the gym since I was 14. I've worked with a variety of clients ranging from adolescents to the elderly, each with different fitness goals and needs.
My approach to personal training is one of building connections with clients, in order to make each session feel as relaxed and enjoyable as possible, while also being forthright and direct when instructing exercise. I hope to bridge the gap between fitness and disability, since I myself have cerebral palsy and want to encourage those of all abilities and disabilities to pursue their fitness goals despite public conceptions.
5-10 years down the track, I'm hope to expand to creating a business to make it easier for people with disabilities to enter into the fitness industry, either as a personal trainer themselves or just to improve their general health.

SOCIAL
- AFL footy: supporting Richmond going with friends and family to games as often as I can.
- Cricket: Love playing socially with and watching all formats of cricket. Always try to go to the Boxing day test each year.
- More of a "night in" person than a "night out".
ON MY DAYS OFF
- Watching movies on Foxtel (action/adventure, drama, comedy)
- TV shows (mainly comedy and sitcoms at the moment)
- Video games (console games) and have been playing mostly Nintendo for as long as I can remember.
- I enjoy going for walks around in nature and bike riding.
- I used to bike almost weekly but haven't found the time since athletics started to get more serious each year.
ATHLETICS
- Athletics training: 4-7pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays, with Sundays as well throughout the year (I'm a little more flexible for training on Sundays). Athletics season will generally run from October-April with competition each Saturday. My off-season will generally go from mid-April to start of June.
- I'm hopeful of competing for Australia at the Paralympics in the near future.
UMPIRING
- Footy umpire training is once a week on Wednesday nights from 5-7pm from April through to September (footy season) and I umpire all day Saturdays during the season.
- To put it simply, when athletics season starts, umpiring season ends, and vice versa!!
PERSONAL:
I was born with Right Unilateral Cerebral Palsy, a physical disability that affects the muscle strength, growth, co-ordination and endurance on the right side of my body, particularly my right arm and wrist and my right leg.
