Liam Reece

Hello, My Name is Liam and i am currently in Year 10 at St Dominics college Kingswood. I have a keen interest to secure an apprenticeship for 2025. I have a keen interest in a trade environment. I am currently employed with KFC however am keen to start a trade early in 2025.

I currently volunteer with the NSW Rural fire service, i have been doing this since i was 12 years old and now currently hold the position of Senior deputy Captain within the cadet unit. Undertaking this role has me working within a leadership position amongst my peers within a growing unit of approximately 35 cadets. Earlier this year I along with a team of 5 fellow cadets had the opportunity to compete at the NSW RFS championships in Albury where we took won 1st place overall. Volunteering has not only given me vital skills on working to combat fires utilising various methods, tools, pumps and appliances but it has also instilled a "team player" mentality that i am sure will assist me greatly into my career.
