As a Production Operator, i played a crucial role in the manufacturing process. During my time in my role i would be responsible for managing a team between 2 - 8 operators, operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining the high standards of quality and safety. The reason i aimed for and achieved a leadership role was i'm detail-oriented, proactive, and a fast-paced person.

During my time as a retail worker, I had the privilege of immersing myself in a dynamic and customer-centric environment where every day brought new opportunities to connect with people and make a positive impact. I found great joy in assisting customers with their inquiries, guiding them through their shopping experience, and ultimately ensuring that they left our store satisfied and eager to return. I thrived on the fast-paced nature of the retail setting, where adaptability and quick thinking were essential skills. Whether it was handling multiple tasks simultaneously, resolving customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, or collaborating closely with my team to achieve our sales targets

My experience as a farm hand has been incredibly rewarding and has deepened my appreciation for agriculture and the natural world. Working on the farm provided me with invaluable hands-on experience in various aspects of agricultural operations which taught me invaluable skills i apply to every other workplace. My time was spent maintaining and installing necessary equipment and infrastructure as well daily schedules of caring and maintaining livestock i.e cows, sheep and chickens.

• Assisted in the construction or repair of fences, barns, sheds, or other infrastructure necessary for successful farm operation.
• Loaded and unloaded farm supplies and materials and stored in correct barn location.
• Maintained and repaired fences, buildings and other farm structures as part of groundskeeping duties.
• Collaborated with other farm workers to complete tasks efficiently according to schedules
• Checked farmland for issues in need of attention, such as fences to mend and broken pipes to fix.
