• Liaising with clients and contractors for scheduled plumbing and multi trade work
• Monitor and prioritise jobs that come in through a priority booking system via Loc8 ServiceM8
• Conducted thorough inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Flexible work hours throughout the week with rostered on-call weekend work to facilitate 24hr contract with DOC

Day to Day Tasks Include:

• Unblocking drains using hydro jetter and inspections with camera
• Water main upgrades
• Sewer replacements
• Water leak detection and repairs
• Installation of plumbing fixtures - taps, toilets and sinks
• Installation of solar hot water units
• Gas appliance installation
• Gas leak detection and repairs

• New construction / maintenance plumber
• Scheduling and ordering materials for all sub contractors for scheduled work
• Organising and working alongside builders for pre lays and drains for new housing across Perth Metro
• Onsite meetings with clients and builders regarding new renovations

Day to day tasks include:

• Pre lay / drain design for new housing
• Installation of plumbing drainage in ground/above ground
• Installation of water service
• Sewer replacements
• Designed and scoped new bathroom, kitchen and laundry renovations / extensions
• Hot water unit repairs / replacements
• Installed new fire mains to commercial properties
