For the Urban Renewal Project, which aimed at renewing the industrial area with creative urban planning to rebuild an integrated livable and workable town. The start-up phase of the project focuses on establishing cooperation with government agencies and industry partners to explore profitable development plans.

Main responsibilities:

• Explore cooperation opportunities within industry partners - Negotiate with local and district government agencies on land supply, urban planning indicators, and industry incentive conditions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing factory owners and landlords.
• Cooperate with marketing and design team to generate project feasibility reports and seek for profitable cooperation possibilities.

Achievements:

• Signed a Memorandum Of Understanding with Engie (ranked 89 in 2018.
• Fortune 500) - Established partnerships with Veolia, ET Solar, TSINGHUA TONGFANG, HPE, Siradel.
• Settled economic viable urban planning indicators with local government.
• Acquired 10 acres of land as exhibition land and managed demolition works.

• Was assigned to the Design Subsidiary under the Group
• Responsibilities and achievements: - Coordinate the typical design inconsistencies between different disciplines' drawings or between branch companies and the Chief Engineer's office
• Monitor operating data and make presentations on weekly operating conferences to provide management advice to the dean
• As a key person, establish an operation management information system with colleagues from various backgrounds and external partners for regular management, including execution dashboards, workload KPIs, performance reports, contract management and cash flow statements
• The system was put into operation within 3 months
• Regularly revise the design fee and formulate the standards for various professional design fees for overseas projects that the Group is responsible for
