• Manage tenant rent receipts, bond lodgements, disbursements, commissions, and refunds.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to landlords, vendors, and suppliers.
• Generate and payment of monthly and EOM (End of Month) financial reports for Ownership.
• Prepare trust records for annual audits in accordance with DMIRS regulations.
• Utilise BondsOnline for WA bond lodgements and refunds.
• Collaborate with property managers, sales agents, and administrators.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding financial transactions, bonds, and payments.

Property Consultant:

Listing & Selling Properties:

• Conduct property appraisals and provide accurate market analyses to potential vendors.
• List, market, and negotiate the sale of residential or commercial properties.
• Organise and conduct open homes and private inspections.
• Prepare and manage sales agreements and other legal documents.
• Liaise with conveyancers, solicitors, and financial institutions to ensure smooth transactions.

Identify and engage with potential Vendor and landlords through direct prospecting, referrals, networking, and digital campaigns.
