My name is Lidia Ryan and I have currently been working as a retail assistant at Mitre10 for just over three years now. I have enjoyed my role and learnt many skills aiding myself to further delve into a working career, broaden my horizons and learn more skills. My role includes front counter greetings, customer service, household gas orders and cylinder agreements, customer orders, telephone enquiries, restocking merchandise onto shelves. Prior to this I professionally did cleaning work over a four year period for a variety of holiday, private and vacate cleans. This gives me a strong emphasis on customer service and attention to detail. I am enthusiastic, positive and more than willing to learn any new skills assigned to myself.
