• As a qPCR operator,perform master mix preparation,sample and control loading, amplification,import result and analyst. Mean time perform PCR test on Seegene,MagNA-pure light cycle,Cobas-6800 and MGISP-960.
• perform trouble shooting such as investigate outstanding samples,mislabeled samples.
• accessioning urine sample.
• perform daily,weekly and monthly maintenance for lab equipment.
