Responsible for services of alcohol to customers as well as general duties of ensuring bar is clean, stocking fridges having good recall with customers and providing a positive experience to the people being served.

During work I:

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area for an enjoyable customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient bar operations.

Sample stand- collecting samples of grain from trucks during harvest time and following procedures to efficiently test/ grade the quality of the grain. Collecting trucker drivers/growers information to then document this information. This required working long hours during harvest time.

Weigh Bridge- Collecting truck drivers information such as their gross and net weights. This required good computer skills and basic knowledge on truck types and their HML's

During work i:

• Improved sample stand accuracy by conducting thorough inspections and implementing correct sampling/ grading procedures.
• Examined products for imperfections and defects.
• Followed standard operating procedures for inspections and tests.
• Recorded inspection and test results on computer sufficiently

Kitchen- Responsible for waitressing/ aiding in the preparation of cooking meals. As well as general cleaning tasks such as cleaning dishes, tables and the kitchen.
