I have been baking from the age of 3yrs old, supplying all my family and friends birthday cakes and special occasion products since I was 8yrs old. I make everything from scratch, have never used a packet product and pride myself on my flavour combinations and creative flare for matching unusual flavours. The final piece of each bake and the one I enjoy the most, is the presentation, where I explore imaginative ways to display each item.
