A University of Western Australia Graduate who has achieved high distinctions and graduated in the top 15% of undergraduates at UWA, whilst balancing competitive netball and a part-time job at Kmart. Highly skilled in conflict resolution, communication, and problem-solving, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Keen to gain experience in the medical and health care sector and aspires to study medicine and become a Doctor.

• Have been trained and promoted from presentation, which involved cleaning and tidying the shop floor in late night shifts to now back-filling products, answering the phones and being only one of few to know how to use the newest backfill system known as TORY.
• Received many "Kudos" awards for providing excellent customer service.
• Provided training to new staff members.

• Achieved Churchland's Academic awards and the Unit coordinator award in high-school.
• Chosen to be apart of the PACES program for Geography in high-school.
