As one of Perth's classic and most loved restaurant, Fraser's provides a classy formal dining experience to its patrons. Through this environment I have learnt the appreciation to having complete comprehension of the products being sold, and the attention to detail within providing fine dining hospitality and costumer service. The skills I have obtained here are; a deeper knowledge in POS systems, setting tables for multi-course meals and degustation, providing service for those meals, as well experience in providing a similar to more or less formal service in functions for large groups, for what occasion should arise and with training in serving moderate to expensive wine bottles to tables and providing information for purchased wine. Also I having experience as being pass to the kitchen, acting as food runner and communicator for waitstaff to kitchen; when tables need to be 'away-ed' for their next meal, any allergies and where they are positioned on the table and making sure plates and cutlery are setup, cleaned, polished and ready for service.
