As a funeral director assistant, my job included:

• Consulted with families of deceased to make funeral arrangements.
• Conducted pre-need consultations to educate clients on available funeral plans.
• Organized transportation of the body from the place of death to the funeral home or other destination as required.
• Scheduled funeral services, coordinated burials and arranged cremations.
• Organized chapels for visitations and maintained calm and orderly atmosphere.
• Completed and filed all necessary legal documentation quickly and accurately.
• Maintained accurate records of funerals including service details, obituaries, and payments received.

As a real estate associate, my job included:

• Managed sales pipeline by actively following up with prospects and hot leads.
• Communicated with clients to determine property needs and budget constraints.
• Prepared documents such as listing agreements, purchase contracts, closing statements and deeds.
• Organized open houses and other events to promote properties for sale.
• Negotiated contracts between buyers and sellers of real estate.
• Attended conferences and seminars to stay abreast of changes in the real estate market.
• Attended progress meetings and cold call sessions to hone lead-generation skills.

As a salesperson, my job included:

• Advised customers on the latest product features and benefits.

I taught Vietnamese children aged between 7-10 who were born and raised in Australia the Vietnamese language and culture.
