Driven, fast, food Prep Cook with a rapidly growing skill set. Offering a year of high quality performance in food service roles. In 2023 I completed a course in kitchen operations at institute of culinary excellence (ICE) in Brisbane, and started working as a prep cook at a high end steak house in the CBD of brisbane. I have since recently moved to Melbourne! With hopes of expanding my knowledge and experience in food and hospitality. Since my move, i have started a Cert IV in Hospitality. I am at school during the day on Mondays and Tuesdays, Where i am learning extensive knowledge on the hospitality industry, and also practicing service. I've spent the last year working and studying in commercial kitchens, and am now ready to take on melbourne and join a team of awesome service professionals. I am very enthusiastic about joining a new team in the kitchen but just as excited and hopeful about becoming an apprentice chef! MY ultimate goal is to learn and become the best chef i can be.
