Accomplishments

  • Implemented a new digital signature system that increased efficiency and made the process more official and secure. This involved researching and selecting a digital signature vendor and managing the implementation process. The new system allowed clients to sign documents remotely and securely, reducing the time and effort required for in-person meetings.
  • Developed and implemented a new financial education program to better serve clients. This program was designed to provide clients with educational resources on financial planning, budgeting, and investment strategies. The program was delivered through webinars, and weekly e-updates send via email and posted on LinkedIn. As a result of this program, we saw an increase in client engagement and satisfaction, as well as an increase in referrals.
  • Improved fee structure that improved transparency and increased revenue for the organisation. This involved analysing our existing fee structure, researching industry standards, and working with our team to develop a new fee schedule that better reflected the value of our services.
