- After obtaining my Certificate III I was then offered a permanent position as an Assistant in the Pre Kindy room
- I enrolled to study my Diploma and was then placed as Lead Educator in the same room
- Over time I worked in all rooms in the centre from Kindy to Nursery age as Lead Educator whilst studying my Advanced Diploma, which I completed in 2013
- I also held the position of Assistant Director until I was offered the role of Director after our long-standing Director left the company
- I held this position for two years until I left for family reasons.
