• Allocation of staff, according to staff skill mix, staff education needs and case complexity
• Management of instruments and equipment, ordering of loan kit, prosthesis and consumables.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

• Active Participation in all scrub scout areas and under taking on call rotations
