Started as Recruitment Consultant - obtaining job briefs from Clients for job vacancies, posting job ads, screening potential Candidates, conducting reference checks and police checks, interviewing both face to face and via Teams, short listing potential employees, completing all compliance and confirming successful employees for relevant roles.

Preparing daily and weekly rosters, dealing with pay issues and timesheets.

Liaising with Clients and Casuals to ensure all is working well from both sides.

In 2021 I was promoted to Team Leader/Account Manager. Was responsible for an onsite team of four Employees. Was then responsible for their rostering, allocation of Clients and performance management. Was also responsible for a portfolio of Clients as an Account Manager. This included Injury Management, setting up rates, Quarterly Business Reviews, conflict/issue resolution and conducting Workplace Risk Assessments on site.
