  • Liaising/arranging contractors for maintenance works, work alongside the Body Corporate agency and committees to comply with strata legislation, keep a diary of maintenance issues and incidents of concern, maintain a contractor, asset and key register and help prepare the budget whilst trying to minimise expenditure of the committee whilst remaining compliant.
  • Property Manager duties include monitoring rental arrears, arranging maintenance, routine, exit and entry inspections and reporting, advertising, creating work orders and processing invoices and bills, attending to mediation or QCAT with the RTA when matters need to be escalated to the next level.

Other Work History

Although Property Management has been my role over the last few years, I have also worked for both Virgin Australia & Jetstar Airways in Guest Service Agent roles in Brisbane, Hobart, Cairns and Maroochydore.  I have also worked for Hertz and Thrifty Car Rental locations at Brisbane Airport and Brisbane surburban locations also in Guest Service Agent roles.  I held a similar role at Big 4 Caloundra Waterfront Holiday Park.  All positions were front line, customer facing positions where I provided customer service to a diverse range of clients, resolving issues, processing requests/enquiries whilst being empathetic and professional.
