  • Support the establishment and operations of the Authority-developed Endorsed Workplace Learning (ADWPL) placements, and Vocational Education and Training (VET) Programs.
  • Locate appropriate industry placement sites for students, undertake the quality assurance process, and monitor the students' progress within the workplace in accordance with the Department of Education's (DoE) Workplace Learning for Public Schools Procedures and Guidelines. Establish positive relationships to build industry bonds, assess employer requirements, and implement the work placement to the mutual benefit of both the employer and the College.
  • Responsible for ADWPL and work readiness induction for students, including preparation and delivery.
  • Facilitate, prepare, and follow up on all correspondence for a large range of ADWPL/VET Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and auspice partners, and facilitate with these various providers to ensure all VET courses are compliant and accurate.
  • Responsible for data maintenance and uploads into the Student Information Records System (SIRS) for the mandatory reporting of all student data to the Schools Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA), meeting all SCSA's strict deadlines. Evaluation of VET/WPL enrollment and completion data, and providing reports for submission to senior management.
