  • This role was newly created when I commenced working at Wyatt's Lawyers and has evolved into a team of three employees
  • The purpose of our team is to on-board new clients and manage their initial enquiry through to them signing a cost agreement
  • We use an operating system called “Monday” to input new enquiries and have a strict process of following up potential clients
  • We also use annature to send out cost agreements
  • Our new enquiries come from different lead sources and we then contact the potential clients to make an initial assessment as to whether they have a viable legal case
  • I speak to clients who have been injured as a result of motor vehicle and workplace accidents, medical negligence, and injuries relating to public and occupiers' liability
  • We also assess whether we can assist people with compensation regarding total permanent disability, historical sexual abuse and intentional torts

Accomplishments

  • Kellyville Pre School Management Committee– 2013
  • Assisted the preschool interpret and apply new policies under the new National Quality Framework designed to improve the quality of early education and care services
  • I also contributed to developing and amending many policies relevant to the daily operation of the preschool, including but not limited to; setting fees, working with staff on adhering to the Children's Services Regulations (2004) and licensing, supervision and coordination of the administration and maintenance of the Pre-school
  • As a member of the committee I also ensured Pre-school policies and procedures were followed and also reviewed and provided the Committee with legal advice when required
