• Worked across multiple diabetes clinical settings, including inpatient and outpatient services, gestational diabetes clinics, diabetes integrated care clinics, GP case conferences, and young adolescent diabetes clinics.
• Developed a streamlined telehealth clinical pathway for GDM education and management during the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Created and implemented educational resources for GDM patients to support remote learning and self-management during the pandemic.
• Initiated and facilitated GDM group education sessions via video conferencing.
• Assisted with the implementation of the Health2Sync digital diabetes platform into gestational diabetes care at Westmead Hospital.
