I am writing to express my interest in the Sandwich Hand position at Long Shot Cafe as advertised. With my experience in sandwich and salad making from my current and recent jobs, coupled with my fast learning ability and strong work ethics, I am confident in my ability to contribute to your team.


I have extensive experience in Hospitality Services. In the last 3 years, I have been involved in food preparation specialising in sandwich making in the catering industry which I am extremely passionate about.


In my most recent role with The sandwich Group as a sandwich hand, I assisted in the wholesale manufacturing kitchen environment, dealing with high volume fast paced food preparation and production.


In addition, I am also currently working with Zuppa Catering, assisting in food preparation, making gourmet sandwiches, wraps and salads for Zuppa's outlets, cafes and catering.
