Summary

With a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from UniSA, I have immersed myself in educational frameworks, philosophies, and strategies over the past four years. As I complete my degree and prepare to graduate, I am proud to have gained valuable insights that have shaped my teaching approach. Over the past year, I have developed my teaching experience in China and Australia, leveraging my bilingual background to effectively instruct students. Through these experiences, I have honed my ability to provide inclusive education to multicultural students, understand their unique needs, and foster strong collaborative relationships with colleagues. Building positive relationships with students has always been a priority as I believe in creating a caring and respectful learning environment. My ultimate goal is to help children learn in a warm and interactive setting that fosters self-confidence, security, and happiness in their everyday learning journey. As my specialism is in art, I strive to inspire students by showcasing amazing artworks from around the world and sharing their wonderful stories and themes. To continually enhance students' learning experiences, I am dedicated to further developing my professional skills in both art and education. Creative and energetic Early Childhood Education professional devoted to offering diverse activity plans and experiential learning opportunities to enhance individual development. Friendly, supportive and motivated with strong desire to promote student potential.
