  • In 2015 I successfully opened a Townhouse Complex for a Property Developer. I was responsible for all systems & procedures for start-up here. My duties included, signing the new business through to finding tenants and managing the properties. At the time, there were approximately 80 brand new townhouses in my care during a very saturated rental market in Mango Hill.
  • I was responsible for client feedback, managing a bulging stock level to an appropriate level and keeping everyone happy whilst managing defects as the properties neared completion. I have an excellent understanding of building standards so this was something I worked hard on.
  • I also kept the Marketeers & Sales Team happy by providing them with a fortnightly performance report and maintained an open and respectful relationship with them. This is key in this type of role.
  • This was a challenging role which I handled easily with hard work and dedication.
