A highly adaptable and quick-learning professional with a diverse background spanning administration, marketing, and the arts.
I've recently relocated to Sydney on a working holiday visa after finishing my role as a Personal Assistant support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team at the Arts Council of Wales as a Personal Assistant, a role that has honed my ability to manage high-level administrative functions, coordinate complex schedules, and facilitate strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. My career began with a business and administration apprenticeship at a solicitors’ firm, where I developed a strong foundation in professional operations and legal administration. I then worked as a Victim Care Officer for the UK Police Force, gaining valuable experience in handling sensitive information, liaising with stakeholders, and working under pressure. Seeking new challenges, I embarked on independent travel across Southeast Asia and Australia, broadening my adaptability, problem-solving skills, and cultural awareness.
Beyond my professional experience, I have a strong background in elite sports, having represented Wales in gymnastics and been part of the British squad. This experience instilled in me a disciplined, results-driven mindset that enables me to thrive in demanding roles and navigate challenges with resilience and focus.
I am passionate about arts, culture, and creative industries, bringing a proactive and solutions-focused approach to my work. With a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth, I strive to contribute effectively to leadership teams and organisational success.
