I have over 17 years of experience in Project Management and Controls. I also have a background in Instructional Design and Training for new software systems. As a valuable team player, both with client and internal projects, my expertise lies in data analysis, problem-solving, and process communication. I am experienced in implementing and maintaining accurate and reliable project controls systems for planning, cost control, earned value-based performance measurement, change management, and cost/schedule trending/forecasting of all project activities, assisting in effective management and decision-making. My most recent roles are as project controls lead on several projects within Hatch, including the management of project costs, estimating, cost control, cost forecasting, progress measurement, and schedule management, as well as change management and resourcing. I am able to provide timely weekly and monthly reporting to the client and all relevant stakeholders.
