• Empathy Being a part of a team, offering warm, friendly and personal service by actually listening to the customer and empathizing...remembering what it is like to be a customer.
• Singapore Ansett Terminal Sydney Viewing the terminal in the eyes of a passenger and not employee after countless passengers would get lost trying to locate the transit lounge it was my suggestion to rename it to include a gate number. This simple name change considerably reduced the amount of late connections between terminals and relieved a little customer anxiety. A snake queueing system at check-in Sydney airport was also implemented at my suggestion that queues at individual check in counters.
• Future leaders Very proud that I have been a part of blended British and Ansett in promoting UAE values and traditions. The girls at Latifa school are influenced by the guidance and in uence has helped shape their futures.
• Artwork Having my artwork hanging in prestigious hotels and private collections around the world.
