Managed the Dentistry, Oral Health Therapy and Dental Technology placement for 500 students
Implemented an access database to manage and track student's placements along with the mandatory requirements for these placements
Assisted in the Human Resource management of hiring 40 casual staff, including tracking of radiation licence, registration and ensuring all staff had completed an induction meeting each year
Coordinated and managed the Continuing Educations Program for Dental Technology, including secretary support for the Continuing Education Committee and Event Management
Assisted in the Dental Schools entry application process which required preparing panellists from the Dental industry to interview the next intake of students into there chosen Oral Health Degrees, involving arranging appointments for 500 students into 5 days of interviews and organising training sessions for these panellists

This was a rare opportunity to show case my skills and commitment to this role but to be involved in the early stages of the first dental school too be built in Australia in nearly 60 years but also in its continuing development
Provided reception duties for all patients and casual visitors, including provision of advice on routine matters
Established and maintained systems and procedures for dealing effectively with the day-to-day operations of the School Reception area
Collections of fees and charges for treatment provided, and performed daily banking and reconciliations associated with these charges
Effectively and efficiently managed the patient bookings system within the School with timely and accurate data entry into the database, whilst maintaining confidentiality when dealing with all patient related matters
