Summary

With over 8 years of experience as a Family Therapist at OzChild and 15 years in reception and administrative roles, I bring a unique and compassionate approach to client-focused support. My career has been dedicated to empowering young people and strengthening families, with a strong emphasis on empathy, patience, and positivity. I excel in creating safe, respectful environments and fostering constructive workplace dynamics, while ensuring client satisfaction is at the heart of every interaction.

Drawing on my extensive background in administrative coordination, therapeutic care and my understanding of the barriers and hardships for those from a CALD background. , I am now seeking a role that allows me to support and advocate for marginalised women—particularly those facing systemic barriers to education. I am passionate about contributing in an education setting that can offer real pathways to empowerment and independence, using my skills to work in this role.
