• Team leader of rework/relabelling. I had 12 workers unstacking pallets, labelling the stock and restacking the pallet to the correct ti-hi’s. - received and clear loaded the container after submitting outturns to CSO’s
• Team leader for Kmart pick pack- I had a team of 6 workers which included 3highreach operators & 3 pickers on Epjs. - duties included dropping and releasing orders, sending end of day reports to the clients.
• Team leader of Nestle pick pack- which included 5 pickers 2 highreach operators, -released orders, - set up replenishments for pickfaces, emails to clients, overlooking all problems the pickers were facing (empty locations/wrong product in location/wrong quantities)
• Helped with despatch - scanning inbound/outbound truckloads. Updating load plans with relevant information.

As acting supervisor for outbound despatch duties included the below

• Allocated orders to team members by delegating responsibilities according to individual strengths and areas of expertise
• Managed conflict resolution among team members when necessary.
• Maintained an inclusive and diverse team culture, promoting respect and understanding among all employees.
• Responding to all clients emails on behalf of the supervisor.
• Doing night reports, planning summary reports.
• Managed leave with DC manager for all employees to ensure enough staff was on to fulfil all orders going out.
